[av_toggle title=’Why Was Ada Photo Documenter Invented?’ tags=”]
In the insurance claim industry, as in many other industries, photo documentation is a huge priority and is of upmost importance in documenting a variety of work. This is also true in other businesses like: Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Designers, Investigators, Engineers, Government Inspectors, Real Estate Brokers, Contractors, just to name a few. All these businesses document their work with photos and descriptions. ADA Photo Documenter was invented to automate the process of taking photos and documenting them with detailed descriptions. ADA’s automated system saves countless hours each month compared to manual methods currently used.
[av_toggle title=’What is the purpose of the ADA Photo Documenter?’ tags=”]
The ADA (Automated Digital Assistant) Photo Documenter was invented to help businesses document photos in an efficient and fast manner. Current photo documentations in various fields, i.e. Insurance Claims for example, have a very antiquated manual process to document photos. ADA and it’s A.I. design changes a photo’s Meta-Data in “Real Time” while the user is creating a photo album. The end-result is a finished photo report before the user walks off the job and the ability to place the photo album in any program with new custom photo meta-data in place. This can save insurance adjusters up to 1+ hour PER claim.
[av_toggle title=’How Does ADA Photo Documenter Work?’ tags=”]
ADA Photo Documenter is easy to use. Open ADA and create a profile. Once your profile is created you are ready to create a photo album. Open create a photo album and type in customer name in basic information. Once completed and saved… ADA pops up a box to ask you if you want to start the photo documentation process… When you mark YES… this is where the automation begins. ADA Photo Documenter app is designed to gather all the require information about a photo at the time the photo is taken. ADA photo documenter can progress in an automated fashion leading the user to efficiently take and document photos in real time: Name, Description, Date Taken, and Author. Make photo annotations on the fly. ADA will verbally ask the user to name the photo after user takes a photo. User provides a verbal answer or types answer needed, if preferred. Ada then ask the user to describe the photo. Again, the user verbally provides ADA a voice description or types it. At the end of documenting photos, the album is saved in customer folder with custom meta data ready to share anywhere. The user can immediately print a PDF photo report while leaving job location.
[av_toggle title=’How Does The Automation Work?’ tags=”]
In the Create Photo Album process, the camera opens for your first photo. Users takes the photo. The photo is placed into a viewing window for documenting the new META-DATA and editing the photo on the fly. The user can choose automation or no automation. Once automation is chosen a YES green appears next to Automation and NO is marked red. The user then has the choice to pick Voice to text Automation or Manual typing automation. Once the automation type is chosen, that stays the same throughout creation of the photo album. Once chosen, ADA begins asking questions and waiting for users answers. In the voice to text mode, ADA types the answer and automatically moves to the next field which is “describe photo”. Once user answers the question, ADA automatically saves that photo and opens camera to take next photo for photo album. As you can see, in the voice to text mode, the app documents and advances the user to the next field. The user does not have to prss any buttons to complete a whole photo album if desired. In manual typing, the user only types answer. All else is automated to complete the new photo changes. Other automation in ADA is to complete profiles and other customer data in an efficient and fast automated process.
[av_toggle title=’What If I Make A Mistake On My Typing Or Voice To Text Impute During Automation?’ tags=”]
Don’t worry, you can touch any data field at any time and that will stop automation and allow you to manually type corrections or press the voice automation again after you have a curser in desired location. The automation will begin after your correction is completed the same as before you stopped it temporarily.
[av_toggle title=’What Can I Edit On Photos?’ tags=”]
After a photo is taken or when a photo is reviewed in a customer’s Photo Album, the user has the ability to delete photo and meta data, rotate the photo, and add free motion lines and arrows. A variety of different colored free style lines and arrows can be added to the photo and saved. If completed during the automation process, ADA will continue automatically documenting the balance of meta data needed after annotations are saved. This keeps the flow smooth and efficient.
[av_toggle title=’PDF Reports ‘ tags=”]
ADA has the capability to provide a PDF report right when finished with the initial picture taking and documenting. ADA Photo Documenter can provide the photos in a zip folder with all the user meta data changes saved to each photo itself and attached descriptions. This allows the photo to be placed in a variety of programs thru: drag and drop options, API links, and special 3rd party programs. ADA also can add a cloud-based server back-up of original and custom photos in a 256b encrypted secured.
[av_toggle title=’Photo Reduction Size’ tags=”]
Today’s phone technology provides some very detailed and large pictures, many times 5 to 10 mb each. This is very good for investigative purposes, but not so good for emailing and transferring into many reporting software programs. The ADA Photo issues of extreme large size photo albums. ADA also saves a separate folder of the original photos without any size or resolution changes placed into various programs. This allows examiners and reviewers to see details of large original photos not necessarily visible in the smaller photos. The storage of high-resolution photo albums allows secure access for future use in the claim process.
[av_toggle title=’What happens to all the photos in the customer’s album?’ tags=”]
ADA saves all photo in the following manner:
- Saves original photos (size and resolution) and uploads them to the servers for backup
- Saves reduced size photos with changed meta data” and places folder in a customer file
- Save a PDF report of 2 or 4 photos per page with separate cover page for email and sharing.
[av_toggle title=’What kind of reports are available for each photo album?’ tags=”]
Reports will have a cover page with Company information, Individual User Information, and Customer Information. The photo report will have a customer identifier at the top and then there will be 2 photos per page with the Following Meta Data: Name of photo, Date Taken, Author, full detailed Description of Photo. There is also the ability to choose 4 photos per page with same set up.
[av_toggle title=’What are Work Identifier Types and Work Identifiers #’s’ tags=”]
ADA photo Documenter can be used by a variety of various industries. ADA allows the customization of: Company Type, Individual User Type, and Customer Type in the app. Then ADA shows the custom identifier # tied to the type of photo album creation. All reports become customized too.
